Fleet Feet Rockford is committed to building, growing and enhancing our running community. We offer educational resources and training opportunities to assist participants in working toward and achieving their fitness goals. There are so many options to choose from and we are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Program Start: March 3, 2018. This program will run for 10 Weeks.
Saturdays beginning March 3rd at 8:00 a.m. meet @ Fleet Feet Sports Rockford. | Tuesdays beginning March 6th at 5:45 p.m. meet @ Peak Sports Club. (Membership not required)
The goal race will be the Lake Monona 20k and 5k run in Monona, WI on May 5th, 2018.
Join us twice a week for this exciting spring running program! Work toward a new or existing fitness goal, train for a new distance, get a jump start on your race season training, or just run for fun! Whatever your goal, you will receive support, get encouragement, learn something new and meet new running friends!

Fleet Feet Sports Rockford brings you PSX Boot Camp and Brews with Nick DalPra (Peak Sports Club). Nick will lead you through a beginners PSX training workout from 6pm to 7pm. Following the workout head up to Owly Oop and get 2 Free brews on us! (21 years and older) Try out PSX then relax with a brew for an incredible price and cause.

Rosecrance Recovery 5k Run/Walk
No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks!
No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries I - It's perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race or continue building their endurance. Our NOBO II group will focus on pace and form to ensure we reach the finish line as stronger and healthier runners. We introduce different components of training that will help build speed and strength.

The Rock Runners Trail group a 12 week program geared toward introducing "road runners" to the DIRT!
