We offer programs for everyone from beginners to seasoned runners! All levels, every surface, and any distance.

If you're just getting started, want to increase your distance, build your endurance, get off the roads, or pick up the pace we have something for you. 

Fleet Feet Rockford is committed to building, growing and enhancing our running community. We offer educational resources and training opportunities to assist participants in working toward and achieving their fitness goals. There are so many options to choose from and we are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Program Start: Program Start: September 19th. This program will run for 8 weeks.
Program Schedule: Wednesdays beginning September 19th at 6pm | Saturdays beginning September 22nd at 8:00 am
Goal Race: The goal races will be the Sycamore Pumpkin Run 10k and the Hot Cider Hustle 8k
Program Fee: $35

Fall No Boundaries I and II: 5k Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, September 8th, 2018
Program Schedule: 10 weeks: Mondays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8:00am
Goal Race: Veteran's 5k Run & Walk
Program Fee: $45
Description: No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks! No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries I - It's perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race or continue building their endurance. Our NOBO II group will focus on pace and form to ensure we reach the finish line as stronger and healthier runners. We introduce different components of training that will help build speed and strength.

Rock Runners Trail Group More Info »

Program Start: August 29th with rolling admission
Program Schedule: Mondays at 6pm
Program Fee: $30
Description: The Rock Runners Trail group a 10 week program geared toward introducing "road runners" to the DIRT! This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of trail running, enjoy the peace of being on the trails, and add a new element to your running. Already know trails? Join for help with increasing your distance and meeting new people!
