We offer programs for everyone from beginners to seasoned runners! All levels, every surface, and any distance.

If you're just getting started, want to increase your distance, build your endurance, get off the roads, or pick up the pace we have something for you. 

Fleet Feet Rockford is committed to building, growing and enhancing our running community. We offer educational resources and training opportunities to assist participants in working toward and achieving their fitness goals. There are so many options to choose from and we are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Join us for one of our free group social runs or try one of our skillfully coached and mentor supported training programs.

Program Schedule: Saturdays beginning March 2nd at 8:00 am | Tuesdays beginning March 5th at 5:45pm
Goal Race: The goal race will be the Lake Monona 5k and 20k on May 4th, 2019

No Boundaries Summer Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday, May 22nd at 6pm
Program Schedule: 13 weeks: Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 8:00am
Goal Race: Madison 5k
Program Fee: $25
Description: No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race and perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K!

10k and Half Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday, May 22nd at 6:00p.m.
Program Schedule: 14 weeks- Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am
Goal Race: Strider Half Marathon and the Humana Rock and Roll Chicago
Program Fee: $25
Description: The 10k and Half Marathon Training Program is a 14 week program which meets two times a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. Our Coaches can help you train for any late summer/fall race you choose!

"Speed Demons" Track Group More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, May 28th at 5:45pm
Program Schedule: 10 weeks- Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m.
Program Fee: FREE
Description: Track workouts aren't about being the fastest or competing with others. It's about challenging yourself to become faster than you were before. This high-intensity and fun track workout program will help you become faster, stronger, and more efficient.

Rock Runners Trail Group More Info »

Program Start: May 13th with rolling registration
Program Schedule: Mondays at 6pm
Goal Race: Arbor Ride Trail Race- August 3rd, 2019
Program Fee: $25
Description: The Rock Runners Trail group a 14 week program geared toward introducing "road runners" to the DIRT! This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of trail running, enjoy the peace of being on the trails, and add a new element to your running. Already know trails? Join for help with increasing your distance and meeting new people!
