We offer programs for everyone from beginners to seasoned runners! All levels, every surface, and any distance.

If you're just getting started, want to increase your distance, build your endurance, get off the roads, or pick up the pace we have something for you. 

Fleet Feet Rockford is committed to building, growing and enhancing our running community. We offer educational resources and training opportunities to assist participants in working toward and achieving their fitness goals. There are so many options to choose from and we are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Join us for one of our free group social runs or try one of our skillfully coached and mentor supported training programs.

Superfeet Spring Mini Session More Info »

Program Start: Program Start: March 3, 2018. This program will run for 10 Weeks.
Program Schedule: Saturdays beginning March 3rd at 8:00 a.m. meet @ Fleet Feet Sports Rockford. | Tuesdays beginning March 6th at 5:45 p.m. meet @ Peak Sports Club. (Membership not required)
Goal Race: The goal race will be the Lake Monona 20k and 5k run in Monona, WI on May 5th, 2018.
Program Fee: $30
Description: Join us twice a week for this exciting spring running program! Work toward a new or existing fitness goal, train for a new distance, get a jump start on your race season training, or just run for fun! Whatever your goal, you will receive support, get encouragement, learn something new and meet new running friends!

PSX Boot Camp and Brews More Info »

Program Start: Fri, April 6, 2018
Program Schedule: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM CDT
Program Fee: $20
Description: Fleet Feet Sports Rockford brings you PSX Boot Camp and Brews with Nick DalPra (Peak Sports Club). Nick will lead you through a beginners PSX training workout from 6pm to 7pm. Following the workout head up to Owly Oop and get 2 Free brews on us! (21 years and older) Try out PSX then relax with a brew for an incredible price and cause.

No Boundaries I and II: 5k Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Monday, June 4th at 6:00p.m.
Program Schedule: 10 weeks: Mondays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8:30am
Goal Race: Rosecrance Recovery 5k Run/Walk
Program Fee: $50
Description: No Boundaries focuses on beginners, but all levels runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first race in just 10 weeks! No Boundaries II is a follow up program to No Boundaries I - It's perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race or continue building their endurance. Our NOBO II group will focus on pace and form to ensure we reach the finish line as stronger and healthier runners. We introduce different components of training that will help build speed and strength.

10k and Half Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Wednesday, May 16th at 6:00p.m.
Program Schedule: 14 weeks- Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am
Goal Race: Madison Mini-Marathon August 18th, 2018 and RAMP River Run September 1st, 2018; 10k goal race is the Humana Rock and Roll Chicago, July 21-22, 2018
Program Fee: $50; half off your second training group
Description: The 10k and Half Marathon Training Program is a 14 week program which meets two times a week designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. Our Coaches can help you train for any late summer/fall race you choose!

Rock Runners Trail Group More Info »

Goal Race: Arbor Ride Trail Race- August 4th, 2018
Program Fee: $30
Description: The Rock Runners Trail group a 12 week program geared toward introducing "road runners" to the DIRT! This is your chance to learn the ins and outs of trail running, enjoy the peace of being on the trails, and add a new element to your running. Already know trails? Join for help with increasing your distance and meeting new people!
