We will meet twice a week for this fun "mini-session" training group! Work toward a new or existing fitness goal, prepare for the summer season, train for a new distance, or just run for fun! Whatever your goal, you will receive support, get encouragement, learn something new and meet new running friends! Goal distances range from 5k to 20k.
This training session will be full of incentives with awards for the top male and female runners with the most points at the end of the session! Earn points by attending Fleet Feet Rockford sponsored groups runs, fun runs, and store events.
