Join us twice a week for this exciting spring running program! Work toward a new or existing fitness goal, train for a new distance, get a jump start on your race season training, or just run for fun! Whatever your goal, you will receive support, get encouragement, learn something new and meet new running friends!
This training session will be full of incentives and prizes with awards at the end of the session for the top male and female runners with the most points! Earn points by attending Fleet Feet Rockford sponsored groups runs, fun runs, and store events.
Saturdays beginning March 3rd at 8:00 a.m. We will meet at Fleet Feet Sports Rockford.
Tuesdays beginning March 6th at 5:45 p.m. We will meet at Peak Sports Club. (Membership not required)
This program will run for 10 Weeks.
All of which will be donated to the Nikolas Ritschel Foundation, a local foundation aimed at enriching the lives of young cancer patients between the ages of 18–24 years old. Check out their site! www.nikolasritschelfoundation.org
The goal race will be the Lake Monona 20k and 5k run in Monona, WI on May 5th, 2018.
New this season: Fleet Feet Running Club is back for everyone no matter where you are on your journey! By joining this "mini-session" you will be the first in Rockford to become part of the Fleet Feet Running Club. We believe all your hard work and effort deserve a symbol of achievement, which is why all Fleet Feet Running Club members will earn a badge after completion of any of our programs. Adorned with the current year, each badge features an original design specific to that program.
